1. There are no membership fees to participate in the series.

2. Points will be awarded at each of the 5 races.

3. Points are awarded to all racers in each class.

4. Placement will be posted at each preceding race.

5. Permanent numbers will not be issued for the 2008 race season.

6. A multi-QUAD owner may only enter 1 quad per class; this will prevent stacking of a class.

7. If a Quad is entered in multiple classes and has a mechanical failure prior to the next class(es) it may enter another quad in the class(es) as long as it is within the rules of the class(es). If such changes are deemed necessary the track officials are to be notified prior to the changes. However, if the quad has mechanical failures during a class no other quad maybe substiuted.

8. At anytime during the series an ATV can be inspected by an official of RVD. If a participant feels that another ATV is not in compliance with the rules of the class this is to be discussed with an official and the situation will addressed in a serious and professional matter. It is very important the situation is addressed before the start of the class or as soon as the non-compliance is noticed.

9. We will have the TEAR DOWN RULE once again this year along with our hired mechanic. How it works; if a person racing in a cc restricted class feels a racer in the same class is in non-compliance with the internal mods of the motor then the person who has the concern will post a $200 fee for the tear down of said ATV. An ATV that is found to be incompliance will receive the $200. However, an ATV that is found not to be incompliance with the rules that are set forth will not receive the $200. In the unfortunate event that a tear down should take place it will be the sole responsibility of the ATV owner to have their ATV disassembled and reassembled.

10. If a participant/ATV is found to be in non-compliance with any rule; they'll loose all points awarded to them in said class and will not be allowed to further compete until the machine is in compliance with class rules; at this time their points return to 0 (zero) and all other racers move up in point position.

11.  A Championship Cup will be awarded to each class points leader at the end of the year.
